By creating an account and using RouteRate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
RouteRate is a commercial vehicle route costing and quoting tool. The Service provides estimated costs for routes based on user-supplied inputs and publicly available charge information. RouteRate does not provide legally binding quotations and all figures should be verified before use in commercial transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. RouteRate accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security practices were not followed.
The Service is provided for legitimate commercial route costing purposes. You agree not to:
RouteRate provides route cost estimates based on best available information at time of use. Road charges, vignettes, tolls and driving restrictions change regularly and additional local charges may apply. All charge rates shown are approximate and based on Euro 6 compliant vehicles. Operators remain solely responsible for verifying current charges and regulations before travel. RouteRate accepts no liability for inaccuracies in third-party charge information or losses arising from reliance on figures generated by the Service.
Subscription pricing, payment terms, cancellation policy and refund policy will be set out in full prior to any paid subscription commencing. Free trial terms will also be published at that time.
All content, design, code and data within RouteRate remains the intellectual property of RouteRate. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. You grant RouteRate a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RouteRate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
